My Lolicon Happiness

At first, I thought: “Let’s do a post about my favourite lolicon artists since Wej presented somewhat of his own!”. Then, I realized that being the utter pervert I am, finding Work Safe art by most of them would be pretty difficult, if not plain impossible. So I redefined this post as to offer nothing more ambitious than some Work Safe pics by Loli artists I particularily like. I tried hard to have at least a few of my favourites here though.

- Sekiya Asami (Circle: SECOND CRY). He’s by far among my all-time favourites. I used some of his art for the Loli Bible cover, including:

A few examples of his other works:

Many showcase a staggering amount of detail and overall quality. He’s also one of the few H-mangakas to put nearly as much care in the design of the male characters than the female ones. Which makes for very appealing, often emotional and always enjoyable stories.

- Rustle (Circle: Mieow). Also among my all-time favourites. His artstyle is very recognizable. He’s also mostly a doujin artist.

And finally a borderline-Work Safe pic that I like very much for some reason:

- Nel Sakurafubuki (Circle: Akatama). I’m more selective about this author, whose works still contain a few gems, but tend to be a little too much on the rough side for me.

- Higashiyama Shou. As you perhaps know, I’m – slowly; I have too little spare time around these days – editing a manga from this artist as joint scanlation project with Tonigobe. So yeah, he’s another of my favourites. His artwork resembles that of Sekiya Asami.

Very clean and beautiful scenery as well:

Warning: may contain INSANELY DETAILED ART

detailed

- Amagappashoujogun. Fairly new artist, but extremely promising. His stories seem pretty surreal, and his art contains at least as much details than Higashiyama Shou’s.

That’s it for now. It might cover more artists or provide an extended review of one of them in the future.

  1. I’ve sort of anonomysly looked at the stuff here, and it’s pretty cool, and you sound like cool people :P I finally got the courage to comment, but not to use any real information, if that’s ok with you ;P Anyways, cool selections, even though the date confused me cuz it’s still May 4th here ;P

    • No problem with anonymous. He’s only the direct source of world hunger, global warming, original sin…
No really, most viewers of this site are anons. For me, just reading your comment – although anonymous – is motivating. As long as you enjoy my post, I’m happy^^

    • WordPress’s midnight is my 6PM. It confused me too. Hope to see you post a lot more often. We need more people that are not afraid to be open.

      • I have been posting a bit on different things, mainly because I’ve had a lot of free time today :P But I’m afraid I won’t have time to read/post on this blog much. I’ll try to remember to post slightly often though :P

  2. Nice pictures my favorite artist would have to be Rustle ^^. And welcome to the blog “Guy”.

  3. I really like the first artist you show on here. However, my favorite pictures are ones that seem a little less drawn. The 4th picture from the bottom, I really like too.

  4. First was Sekiya Asami (SECOND CRY). I’d put him among my five favourite loli artists.
I think reading his tankoubon “Your Dog”, translated in English in its majority, is worth a try if you like his artstyle.

  5. I also like these artists. The 1st would be my favorite, followed by the 3rd.

Now I think I had better make my version of this post lol. Sounds like fun actually.

  6. oooh dude you make me happy with the images that you always upload to us, i think i can help adding more images but, mmmm i dont know if you like them after i read about the mature ^^ so bye bye

  7. I thought I’d point out that Pedobear seems to be on the GirlzH’s backpack :P And he’s got wicked awesome shades on

    • Rustle isn’t really shy about these aspects of H and, in fact, he goes pretty far with openness: some of his series are called “Lolicon…” and “Lolita Complex”.

On another note, the appearance of Pedobear in loli h-manga, if here arguable, is fairly commonplace. LEE often clearly puts his face on girl’s panties or clothes, while Gorgeous Takarada, for example, prefers to put it as a background pattern.

Even in Kodomo no Jikan, in one panel of the manga, we can clearly the face of Pedobear on Rin’s panties.
